We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Payment terms and conditions will be specified in individual service agreements.

Our liability is limited to the terms specified in our insurance policies and applicable aviation regulations. Clients are advised to maintain their own cargo insurance for additional protection. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, air traffic control, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Safety and Compliance

All operations are conducted in strict compliance with aviation safety regulations and standards. Cargo must comply with all applicable regulations regarding dangerous goods, weight restrictions, and packaging requirements. Clients are responsible for providing accurate cargo information and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

6. Cancellation and Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies vary by service type and will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to fees. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled without penalty to the client.
